1. How long will I need to wait after placing my order?

For UK, FR, US, most orders are processed within 3 business days and shipped to you within 3-7 business days. For Holland/ Netherland customers, the orders would supposed to ship within 3-10 business days. For Germany and Luxembourg, the orders are supposed to ship within 5-13 business days.

During sales or collection launches, please allow up to 5 business days for processing, normally it only needs 24h to process. Please note that any estimated delivery dates provided by shipping carriers do not apply to orders containing pre-order or custom products.
